MORIC Announces New Communication Tools The Mohawk Regional Information Center is pleased to announce implementation of a new tool beginning March 2012. Specifically, the MORIC will soon implement a new Customer Support Portal. This tool will support the RIC's efforts to ensure efficient and effective communication with area districts.

Users will now be able to manage their registrations, receive email reminders, access location maps, and print certificates of completion online. This new tool allows easy access to workshop information and your individual registrations in one simplified location. The system integrates with My Learning Plan which many MORIC districts utilize to assist staff in tracking their professional development. (Please note that our system does not require that your district use My Learning Plan
Through the MORIC Support Portal districts will be able to electronically submit technical support requests, receive updates and track solutions. Technology Coordinators will receive detailed information in the coming weeks..jpg)
