Contracts, strategic plans and proposals, parent issues, student concerns and financial information are all discussed and executed via email. Regardless of the size of your district, understanding, preserving and having ready access to district information contained in these emails is necessary and often vital. By archiving email, performance will increase providing faster access to your day-to-day email activities. This is an efficient way to control the size of your Groupwise system while providing the capability of enhanced performance.
